• How to register an order?

To place an order, you need to register on the site, select the products you like and click the "Add" button, changing the quantity. When the goods are in the basket, you need to click the "Checkout" button, write the delivery address, phone number and the desired date, and payment can be made both in cash and non-cash.

• How can I find my preferred product?

You can find the products you like in two ways: through the search engine and in the category section.

• Can I return a purchased product?

• How can I pay for an order?

You can pay for the order both in cash and non-cash methods (by card to the courier at the time of delivery, or by bank transfer).

• Photos and information about products on the site are not enough to form a final opinion about the product, what should I do?

• Can I pick up my order at the store?

Yes, you can pick up your order at V. In our store at 91 Hambartsumyan Street. When approaching, you must inform the employee in advance and find out if the order is ready or not.

• Can I return an ordered product?

• What should I do if I receive a damaged item?
